When will I receive the Executive Summary?

When you or your client complete a loan request, the Executive Summary and Loan Request Details are available within 1 to 3 minutes. These details may be accessed a couple of different ways:

  • From your dashboard. Click on the address for the applicable request from your dashboard, and you will be taken to the Loan Request Details, which includes the Executive Summary.
  • Via email. Upon completion of a loan request, LOANtuitive will notify you via email. The completion email will have a PDF of the Executive Summary attached to it. If your client makes updates to the loan request, you (the broker) will receive an email notification with an updated Executive Summary.
