Net Operating Income (NOI)

The Net Operating Income, commonly referred to as NOI, indicates the income of a property after all costs have been subtracted. NOI Current indicates a property's net operating income now, while NOI Stable refers to the net operating income at the property's anticipated capacity. NOI Future refers to the net operating income after value-add or construction improvements are completed.

Current, Stable and Future NOI figures are used by lenders to determine the profitability of a property.
